Our Quality Control System
Once Health Canada has assessed a product and decided it is safe, effective and high quality, it issues a product license along with an eight-digit Natural Product Number (NPN).
Bio2go™ Health products have been approved by Health Canada.
Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) is a system for ensuring that products are consistently produced and controlled according to quality standards. It is designed to minimize the risks involved in any pharmaceutical production that cannot be eliminated through testing the final product.
As a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Site Licensed facility by Health Canada, Bio2go™ Health’s operations follow strict quality regulations.
Quality assurance (QA) is a way of preventing mistakes or defects in manufactured products.
The Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams are involved in every step of the production. Bio2go™ thoroughly analyzes the potency of incoming raw materials and quality of packaging supplies. In-process inspections include verification of sample specifications and compliance with equipment operation limits. We provide every staff member with regular training to ensure they follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Finished products are tested by external third party laboratories to ensure the quality and safety as per NHPD Health Canada.
Before each product is released to the consumer, Bio2go™ conducts tested by all parameters set by Health Canada. Our product labels are periodically updated to reflect changing information and Health Canada requirements to further ensure efficacy and safety.
